Acidophilus and Bifidus are probiotics that improve the vitality and should be 98% of the intestinal flora of the healthy people. Together they are necessary to achieve optimal health of the digestive tract, strengthen the liver and enhance our immune system.
Ideally we should avoid factors that can destroy our bacterial ecosystem. But for most people this is impossible.
